Title: Application Engineer
Tasks（工作内容）:
• Fabrication of OLED test cells by vacuum deposition as defined by experimental plan, including substrate cleaning, pretreatment, layer deposition, encapsulation, etc.
• 根据实验计划，制作OLED测试片，负责实验前期准备，包括基板清洗，预处理，蒸镀和封装
• Characterization of OLED tests cells (voltage-current-luminance, EL-spectrum, lifetime)
• 负责OLED测试片的表征，包括IVL， EL和寿命的数据更新
• Managing of stocks (materials, spare parts, OLED devices, etc.)
• 负责实验室日常维护，管理库存，仪器配件，OLED器件，等
• Documentation of processes and results
• 负责操作流程和实验结果的报告归档
• Organization and optimization of workflow concerning OLED deposition and measurement within the defined test plan
• 负责在确定的OLED器件制作和表征中流程优化和实验载量最大化
• Identification of errors or abnormalities in processes or results
• 记录实验室仪器警报内容，归纳解决，保障仪器平稳运作
• Suggestion of improvements concerning processes or equipment
• 优化仪器结构和操作流程
• Ensuring the operational availability of tools and equipment by regular maintenance (e.g. cleaning of machine parts, exchange of sensors, checking material stock, consumables, etc.)
• 负责对仪器的定期维护，包括擦拭仪器配件，更换晶振片，查看材料库存和坩埚库存等
Education/Knowledge（教育/技能）:
• Graduate degree in physics, engineering or related subjects
• 物理，工程或相关专业硕士
• Basic knowledge in optics and electronics, ideally knowledge in setup and working principle of OLEDs
• 对光电行业有基础认识，对OLED器件的原理有深入了解
• Basic IT knowledge, familiar with MS Office
• 基础电脑操作
• Basic knowledge in English
• 基础口语
