Job Description:
Develops new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication and testing of semiconductors including CPU, PCH and other IC components. Reviews product requirements to ensure compatibility of processing methods. Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications. May conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes in burn-in test, class test, product platform validation etc. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor/Master degree majoring in Mechanics, mechatronics, Automation, Software, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronic, material or similar engineering.
2. Good English communication skill on oral English, writing and presentation. Can apply English in daily work.
3. Having basic skill on Module Based Problem Solving, logic thinking and commonality data analysis.
4. Knowledge in process control system PCS, statistics, LEAN, 6 sigma are preferred.
5. Knowledge in computer science, programming VB, C, C++, C, Python...etc., database/SQL are preferred.
